From there, each patient is provided a direct phone line to a dedicated pharmacist, registered nurse and patient care coordinator who will guide them through their medication treatment.
Should your patients have any questions, they are invited to call our Patient Care Center, which can also connect patients to on-call staff during non-business hours in the case of an emergency. We also have educational videos to help your patients prepare their medications and administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections in the comfort of their own homes.
Village Fertility Pharmacy provides your patients with peace of mind by managing their prescriptions and refills to help reduce costs, while ensuring that the involved parties always have the medication they need when they need it.
We also offer free insurance consultations and will assist your patients with determining the most cost-effective method of purchasing their medications. Uninsured patients may participate in the DesignRx Cash Network and the Ferring Heart Program, which are designed to reduce the cost of fertility medications.
