"They really put me at ease"
We recently became pregnant through an IVF and Village Fertility Pharmacy was extremely helpful during a very stressful time in our lives. After working with them through our various cycles, I understand why our doctor’s office only recommends Village.

 

Their extended hours during the week and on Saturdays are great. It made it easy for me to stop by on my way home from work. In fact, they even dropped the meds off at our house a few times in an emergency situation. Sometimes it’s day to day, so you don’t want to purchase medicine you don’t need. They made it easy on us and always asked if we needed more supplies when we got there.

 

We also appreciated all their online resources. I had to give my wife shots and, for me, that was a little nerve-wracking. It was late one night and I went to the site and watched the video injection lessons, and they really put me at ease.

 

I cannot say enough about Village Fertility Pharmacy – they really offered us peace of mind!

"Ann-Marie was extremely helpful, courteous and calming"

I called on a Saturday at 6 pm realizing I had run out of Menopur. The pharmacist at Village was extremely helpful, courteous and calming. Within minutes she had arranged for me to pick up my meds.

 

I am so grateful to her and also to the gentleman who had to go back to the pharmacy to package the meds. Also, in my panic I had only asked for one packet of Menopur but the gentleman took the time to check what my insurance covered and he suggested I order more of them instead (THANK you, sir!). Please pass on my sincere appreciation to both of them.

I think your customer service is outstanding. The nurses on your hotline are always friendly and helpful, and a pharmacist at your Waltham office really went out of his way to help me when I needed to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy because I needed my meds that day and the other pharmacy was unable to deliver.

There was concern in the voices of those I had spoken with. I used a different pharmacy on my 2nd IVF attempt, not by choice, and am thrilled to be back using Village. You exceed expectations.

"Very helpful and friendly"

I am using the Gonal-f pen. The pen is easy to use and the printed materials as well as the video for the pen on the website were very clear and answered 99% of my questions. The one question I had was quickly and easily answered when I called the pharmacy.

 

The gentleman who delivered my medications was very professional, prompt and friendly. The person who filled my prescription was very helpful and friendly. She clearly explained the process and answered my questions.
