We’re always striving for new ways to address your fertility medication questions. Now, as a Village patient, you’re invited to take advantage of Village Connect, a complimentary, Web-based, video service that will link you to a member of our nursing staff.
These virtual, one-on-one sessions are available via a toll-free number and a simple Internet connection, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. By dialing into a private telephone line and clicking through to a Web link that we provide, you will be able to communicate with one of our nurses through a live video feed. With this visual connection, you can learn – and see – how various fertility medications should be stored, prepared and injected.
To request a Village Connect consultation, contact our nursing team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Patients are asked to briefly summarize their primary questions beforehand and limit inquiries to medication-focused subjects. All medical questions and emergencies should be directed to the patient’s doctor.
Once the nursing staff receives the Village Connect request, the patient will be contacted with a proposed time for the session, as well as the necessary dial-in and log-in details. Patients do not need a Web camera to participate in the consultation, but they are welcome to partake in a two-way video feed if they choose.
