We’ve moved to our new location!

We are excited to announce that we have officially moved into our new facility located at 335 Bear Hill Road.

The new office is less than a minute from our old home and, as such, remains in the city of Waltham, Mass. Of course, many of our patients receive their medications via mail order, so if you aren't local, you will be largely unaffected by this change.

The one minor modification that we have been implementing for some time, and would like to take the opportunity to reiterate once again, is that all calls to our office should be directed to the (877) 334-1610 line to reach the Customer Care Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you have specific questions for a nurse after regular business hours, the (877) 986-8773 Nurse Hotline is still the appropriate number to call. If you are from the Boston area, we hope you will stop by the new office and peruse the array of fertility products – including books, DVDs, home tests and kits - that will soon be on display.

In addition to having more space to showcase our conception, pregnancy and parenting products, which are also available at www.villagefertilityproducts.com, the new, 12-800-square-foot location also has a much larger pharmacy fulfillment area with a patient care center and dedicated patient education rooms.

We plan to make good use of this space when we begin to offer educational workshops and lecture series in months ahead. We will be sure to let you know about those programs in this newsletter as soon as they are scheduled. Until then, we welcome you to stop by and check out our new space!
