Patients who order a full cycle of fertility meds will now also receive award-winning fertility book

We are pleased to announce that, effectively immediately, fertility patients who place a fertility cycle order with us for the first time will receive a complimentary copy of Kristen Magnacca’s award-winning book, “Love and Infertility: Strategies for Survival – Balancing Infertility, Marriage, and Life.”

The book was recently chosen for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association’s inaugural Hope Award for best book in the “Coping” category. In it, Magnacca uses her humor and personal anecdotes to share wisdom, tips and exercises with people struggling with infertility. Her advice ranges from taking care of yourself, working as a team with your spouse or partner, and communicating properly with friends and loved ones.

"The strategies in this book just help people be more aware, more conscious," said Magnacca, adding that many of her readers have suggested the book to people who aren’t even affected by infertility. "It's really more about being grounded."

Prior to writing “Love and Infertility: Strategies for Survival – Balancing Infertility, Marriage, and Life,” Magnacca authored the book "Girlfriend to Girlfriend: A Fertility Companion,” which provides an intimate, first-person account of the emotional and physical tolls of infertility.

Magnacca’s work has been supported by Village Fertility Pharmacy for quite some time. In fact, Village will co-sponsor her “Holiday Survival Coaching Group” in Sandwich, Mass., on Nov. 12, Dec. 3 and Jan. 7, which is a three-day workshop designed to help infertility patients cope during the holiday season, with RESOLVE of the Bay State.
