We’ve made a gift in your clinic’s name in recognition of National Nurses’ Week!May 1, 2009
Have you thanked your Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility nurse lately?
We have.
In honor of National Nurses’ Week (May 6-12), our pharmacy has made a $1,000 donation to Fertile Hope in our partnering clinics’ names to thank their nurses – and our own in-house nursing staff – for being such compassionate, responsive and knowledgeable health care professionals.
In the event that you are unfamiliar with the organization, Fertile Hope is the only national, nonprofit group solely dedicated to addressing cancer-related infertility and parenthood after cancer through programs that raise awareness, advance education, increase access to treatments and provide support. These programs are delivered free of charge to thousands of patients, survivors and health care professionals across the country. You can learn more about Fertile Hope by visiting www.fertilehope.org.
Lindsay Nohr Beck, cancer survivor, Founder and Executive Director of Fertile Hope, said, “Village Fertility Pharmacy’s generosity will help ensure that we can continue to provide reproductive information, support and hope to cancer patients whose medical treatments present the risk of infertility. We are grateful to Village for this contribution and join them in thanking fertility nurses everywhere for their efforts.”
Don’t forget to thank your nurse today! |
