Well, if you haven’t tried our Medication Supply Calculator and online refill request forms yet, we’d like to introduce you to these great resources. When we revamped our new website last year, we created some helpful tools for you. You can find both the online refill form and the Medication Supply Calculator on our site, under “Refills” under the “Patients” tab.
Here’s a quick look at how to use them:
Requesting a refill online Our downloadable medication refill form can be quickly filled out and submitted via the Web. We’ve added this form to our Web site to offer convenience to those who prefer using the Internet for these kinds of transactions. Of course, if you prefer to make a phone call and speak to one of our representatives, you can still do that, too.
You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to open and read the form. If you do not have this software, you can download it for free here. In order to complete your refill request, you must also have the prescription number, which can be located on your medication label.
