The Reproductive Science Center (RSC) is seeking a professional, experienced Nurse Manager to oversee its clinical teams. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

An ideal candidate would have at least ten (10) years experience in the healthcare industry, minimum of five (5) years nursing management experience a must, with the demonstrated ability to provide a high level ofprofessional staff leadership in support of highly productive physician sub-specialists in a private group practice. Successful candidate must also demonstrate strong performance in team building, planning, and creating measurable improvements to both productivity and customer service. Bachelor’s degree and RN degree required (Must have active Massachusetts RN License). Experience in the fertility treatment field and/or women’s health care settings preferred. Experience/knowledge in clinical compliance (ex: JCAHO, AAAHC, Risk Management) highly desired.
