"Very helpful and friendly"

I am using the Follistim pen. The pen is easy to use and the printed materials as well as the video for the pen on the website were very clear and answered 99% of my questions. The one question I had was quickly and easily answered when I called the pharmacy.

The gentleman who delivered my medications was very professional, prompt and friendly. The person who filled my prescription was very helpful and friendly. She clearly explained the process and answered my questions.
