Village Fertility Pharmacy to open new facility in Bear Hill Business Park May 1

Unique transaction with King Street Properties helps firms grow businesses in face of recession

WALTHAM, Mass. – Village Fertility Pharmacy (www.villagefertilitypharmacy.com), a specialty pharmacy focused exclusively on medications for infertility treatments, is teaming up with King Street Properties to build a new, state-of-the-art facility in Bear Hill Business Park.

King Street Properties will finance the new construction of Village Fertility Pharmacy’s 12,800-square-foot space, located at 335 Bear Hill Road. Spokespeople at both companies said this is a win-win situation that will enable their businesses grow in the face of market turmoil and help restore other Massachusetts business owners’ confidence in the economy.

Levine said the new facility is being designed to reflect the personalized care that patients have come to expect from Village Fertility Pharmacy over the past 20 years, while allowing the specialty pharmacy to offer new services and educational activities to its growing clientele.

The Bear Hill Business Park location will replace the company’s current Waltham headquarters and provide a much larger pharmacy fulfillment area with a patient care center, dedicated patient education rooms, and a larger retail area for fertility and pregnancy products.

Village Fertility Pharmacy is scheduled to close its current location at 40 Second Ave. at the end of April and open its doors at Bear Hill Business Park on May 1. The Lincoln, RI, store at One Commerce Street will remain open for business as usual.
